After I Was Outside Wrestling In The Grass With Friends

After i was outside wrestling in the grass with friends everything was normal juat a few red bumps. They don't itch or anything. After i woke up i had 're bumps all over my legs and a few on my arms and back. They kinda hurt when i press down hard. Could it be a rash or bug bites? HELP PLEASE.
