After I Went To The Pool Ear Got In My

After i went to the pool ear got in my ear but eventually got out when i got home i took a shower and then lied down and i then i heard water or like a swoosh running in my head when i lied down and i dont know if its water and even if it its just water i dont know how to take it out or to not hear that sound anymore
