After Kicking A Football Today, I Began To Experience A

After kicking a football today, I began to experience a severe pain in my lower right abdomen that has been present ever since (about 4 hours). The pain becomes unbearable when I tense my stomach, take a step, or pretty much do anything besides stay still. is this something I should be worried about or should it go away on its own?
