After Many,many Prescription Medications For My Essential Tremors And Voice

After many,many prescription medications for my Essential tremors and voice tremors, to no avail I'm ready to try all natural products. I saw an ad for tramadone but I'm wondering if its just like all the meds I've taken~worthless. Whats your take?
I'm a nurse of many years and I'm out of options other than alcohol to which I could lose more than my tremor.
