After My Echocardiogram, The Test Revealed: Mitral Valve - Thickened,

After my echocardiogram, the test revealed: Mitral Valve - thickened, mobile MV leaflets; prominent thickened chordal structure. Mild mitral regurgitation. The IVC is dilated at 2.5 cm. Mildly thickened and slightly enlarged aortic root.
Please advise as to treatment.
