After My Significant Other Fingered Me And Ended Having Sex

After my significant other fingered me and ended having sex (we are sexually active, not my first time), the next day around to the left of the vagina opening and kind of inside of the vagina up to the clitoris it burns. It hurts to sit, walk, etc and when I urinate it burns when it touches these areas, it doesn't hurt or burn to urinate but urin burns the skin really bad, I can't take it hurts so bad! What could this be?
