After My Vaginal Delivery, Some Granulation Tissue Developed Over The

After my vaginal delivery, some granulation tissue developed over the stitches. My obgyn snipped it once in her office, but it wasn't done completely, so it grew back and grew even bigger. I had a surgery three days ago to have it completely removed. I don't know how the surgery went because I was sedated and didn't have any memory, but per the obgyn, it went well. However, there is still some mile bleeding three days later. Is this normal? Should I be worried?
