After One Year Of Suffering Palpitations And Dizziness Following Meals

After one year of suffering palpitations and dizziness following meals I experienced a syncopal event which led to a diagnoseis of intermittent heart block. A pacemaker was placed. (I had just reached 52yrs). I also have aortic regurgitation (X5 yrs) which recently has changed from mild-mod to moderate. Fast forward one year: I still experience palpations frequently (pacemaker keeps me from passing out) dusky hands after meals, shortness of breath and most recently return of my dizziness even while laying flat in bed. I've been to several doctors without any results. I am at a loss, frustrated, etc. I was an ICU nurse for 10 years but could no longer manage the hours and workload. I currently work in PACU at a hospital.
