After Revision Of Total Knee Replacement, I Developed A PE

After revision of total knee replacement, I developed a PE and DVT . PE was treated for several months with anticoagulsnts, angiogram confirmed resolution of PE. Having problems with swelling, incision not closing due to bleeding, long history . On different anticoagulants, best tolerated ARIXTRA. Required knee. Manipulation and prior an IVC filter. Manipulation and aspiration went well, knee is back very swollen, painful, warmer to the touch end with less flexion. What can be done? Don't tolerate compression stockings, brake out if not using cotton. Would a lymphedema expert be my best answer?
