After seven times in two days of rough sex and glass toy play my right labia majora looks slightly bruised, has a hardish lump (almost feels like a tight swollen tendon) and was painful when I shaved.

Is this something that was due to the increased sexual activities in a short period of time or something I need to be worried about? Remedies? Should it get better on its own or need intervention?
Both my partner and I are STD free.
