After Shopping I Came Home Winded....I Have Had A Heart

After shopping I came home winded....I have had a heart catheter about three weeks ago. My blood pressure is normal after I came home my numbers were 104 64 92. Took it again 1 hour later 127 78 109.
I ran out of a prescription Lopressor 25 mg twice a day. I was wondering whether this is the problem. They gave this on leaving the hospital.
