After Sitting In A Plane For The 1st Time In

After sitting in a plane for the 1st time in jan i got bad headaches and since then i get deep flutterings in my chest which is palpitations i guess, i have heartburn too i got admitted thinking i was having a heart attack but ecg and troponin tests came normal docs said it was acid reflux and back muscle spasm in feb. Recently my left arm n shoulder started paining again went 2 doc he did ecg and echo it was normal wants me 2 do 24 hr holter test. Lipids are very fine he said bood pressure is 140/90. Im 24 weight 93 height 5'7. Haemoglobin is around 8. I get panicked wen i go out resulting in dizziness. I hav blurred vision too.
