After Slight Trauma To The Opening Of My Urethra (due

After slight trauma to the opening of my urethra (due to either inflammatory lube or water pressure trauma) urethral opening membrane was red and stinging upon manipulation. Upon waking up the next morning I noticed a new tissue had formed across urethral lumen, connecting to each side of the membrane (a slit made of the same tissue as the urethral membrane). At each end where this tissue connects to the membrane there is small isolated redness (like a .1 mm in diameter abrasion). It hurts upon manipulation but not during urination. Why has this tissue formed so fast? I see no clotting in the lumen it is not a scab. It is not loose and is partitioning the lumen into two semi circles. Tissue has not separated even after urination. Does it have to be surgically removed? Is it hyperplasia? Initial inflammation in urethral opening has subsided but this tissue remains intact slightly obstructing the urethra. What the heck happened!
