After Smoking Weed About 2 Days Ago Ive Had Discomfort

After smoking weed about 2 days ago ive had discomfort in my head..like a ton of pressure in the back of my head..my head feels heavy and my peripheral vision seems awkward.. I am not an avid smoker and that was my first time smoking in over a year. What I had smoked had a completely different effect on me and triggered a full blown panic attack. Ever since then my head and senses feel out of wack. What could be the problem? Will it go away? Please help!
