After The Birth Of My Son (quick In End As

After the birth of my son (quick in end as had cord around neck), I got haemaroids.

3 years later, I find it difficult to go to the toilet - swelling in bottom which bleeds when try to poo (bright red), difficulty pooing, itchy constantly, have a tissuey mass hanging low in my vagina which peptides low when need to push hard to get out a poo (often), I sometimes need to push on vagina to poo. I am so embarrassed j don't want to have sex anymore with my husband.

Am too embarrassed to see my local doctor too - what is going on?
