After The Shingles...was Left With PHN In My Left Shoulder

After the shingles...was left with PHN in my left shoulder and also allodynia. It's been a little over a year with this. Lyrica helped for a while, but kept me drowsy. Now I just use a cream on it and that helps some, but still a nightmare.
