After Unprotected Sex Last Night I Showered And Felt Around

After unprotected sex last night I showered and felt around down there for anything unusual. Upon examination I pulled out my finger and to my surprise it had a dirty brown color discharge. I am not sure what caused this.. Do you have any ideas? Should I be worried about pregnancy even if he didn't ejaculate?
