After Urinating I Seem To Dribble A Lot More Than

After urinating I seem to dribble a lot more than usual. Sometimes the urine is very sticky. But then it feels like I have to urinate right after I have finished. If I look at my penis it looks like a little bit of clear liquid is at the tip of the urethra. I had tests done for sti and uti both negative. I took prescriptions for them anyways and nothing has helped. I also notice if I masturbate that it seems like I secrete more precum than normal. Nothing smells odd. It has been for about two weeks. Should I be concerned?
