Aftr I Have Sex Wit My Partner He Says He

Aftr i have sex wit my partner he says he can smell an odor on himself coming from me but i went to the doctor and they performd a papsmear , evrything came back normal Disease Free but evry now & then i can smell it too aftr sex , wat do i need to do if i have no diseases and da papsmear results came back normal ?? Wat could be causing the odor ??
