I recently noticed an indent in my forehead, and I'm not sure if it's just something I've had all my life or if it's something new. I can barely see it but I can feel an indent and it's now sore from all the examining I've done. I had an MRI of my brain two weeks ago because I'm in the process of trying to diagnose my neuropathic pain which I suspect is Small Fiber Neuropathy from a toxin exposure, vitamin deficiency or autoimmune. So I have other symptoms that I've just assumed are related to that such as dry eyes, fatigue, indigestion, heart palpitations, some lightheadedness, ear ringing, nerve pain all over my body - which are all intermittent symptoms. I'm also being tested for POTS. The MRI didn't report anything alarming other than a benign pineal cyst and a nasal polyp and it didn't mention any finding of an issue with my skull but I took a look at the images and there is indeed a shadow where the dent is. Would the report have mentioned anything if this was something to worry about?

The dent is circular, about 1 cm. Not visible from the outside unless you closely investigate. It's above the front point of my left eyebrow. And less than a centimeter deep
