Injured my groin area (left side) running last week. It was sore in the high groin area. The pain actually felt like an ache in my left testicle.
This week I am on vacation and did some strenuous hiking / climbing in the mountains yesterday. Today I have tremendous pain in both sides of my groin as well as in the lower abdomen. Standing and raising my left leg is very painful. Lying in bed and moving my legs is very painful (both n groin and lower abdomen). Sneezing and laughing are exceptionally painful in the lower abdomen.
