Age:29, Gender: Male

I am male, 29, Caucasian.

I always had join cracking, especially when moving my shoulders. Sometimes pain in the back, doctors thought is because lack of exercise and computer use. In the past few years I had frequent infections (1 or 2 per month), that resolve with or without antibiotics in 2 to 4 days. I was diagnosed with chronic sinusitis an year ago. Treated for urinary tract inflammation.

Two months ago I started having weird symptoms. Everything started with fatigue and muscle pain. Rash on hands and face that resolved by itself withing 3 days (doctor told me he thinks it is probably viral exanthem, dermatitis).

After that, I continue having this symptoms:
- Weakness/sensitivity on the right side of the face and right side of the body. Pain and sensitivity in the right eye.
- Feeling less conscious (like between dreaming and reality)
- Weight loss, around 7kg in 2 and a half months period.
- Difficulty thinking, concentrating, sometimes difficulty typing and speaking.
- Full body muscle pain
- Constantly tired
- Numbness and needles in legs and arms
- Nausea
- Burning feeling in some places in the legs
- Swelling in the feet (soft tissue)
- Join cracking and pain (no swelling and no redness)

I was diagnosed and treated for irritable bowel syndrome. Also I take lyrica, 75mg at night, that helped with the fatigue and muscle pain (not complete, but much better).

In the last week I developed new symptoms, that worry me a lot. Swelling of the soft tissue in the both feet. Now a small swelling start in the hands.

Multiple CBC tests (more than 6 in 2 months period). Lymphocytes are sometimes low (from 13 to 22% in different tests). All else normal.

Anti HIV - Negative
Complete STD panel - ALL Negative

Other tests that I did:
- 2 clear MRIs on Brain and Spine (3 weeks apart), demyelination protocol clean. Mucous retention cysts at left maxillary sinus are noted.
- Clear CT scan on head.
- CT scan on upper and lower abdomen,
- Nerve conduction studies normal.
- 2 EMG, 3 weeks apart, clean

Question:
1. My main problem now is swelling of the soft tissue in both feet and swelling in the left hand just starting (soft tissue as well, according to doctor no join involvement and redness). The swelling so far (one week) is not reacting to Celebrex 200mg, 2 times a day and Fastum Gel. Does this makes it more likely to be something autoimmune?
2. My ANA was positive (specled, 1:160), ENA negative. Do I need to repeat the tests? Is there a chance for them to change so soon?
3. What other tests can I do and what should I repeat?
4. Does my symptoms sounds like autoimmune disease, lupus or something else? If it is not autoimmune, what else can cause this kind of symptoms?
