Ai Have A Lateral Meniscus Tear Not Sure How Bad

Ai have a lateral meniscus tear not sure how bad yet but this has been going on for several months I also have a bakers cyst in same knee and some osteoarthritis of the same knee really don't have joint pain have discomfort from baker cyst because of swelling and have discomfort on the outside of knee where the tear is , can they surgical remove the bakers cyst at the same time of repairing the tear?
