All Day Today My Scrotum Has Been Very Itchy And

All day today my scrotum has been very itchy and just not like it usually is. It’s a lot more red than normal & has like a shiny, flaky look and feel to it. My balls and penis aren’t really hanging like they normally do either. But the biggest problem is how bad they are itching.
