All Last Week I Just Didn't Feel "right". Dizziness, Nausea...but

All last week I just didn't feel "right". Dizziness, nausea...but tolerable. Friday fever started, never took my temp but could tell I definitely had fever. Yesterday I had severe itching in palms. Still dizzy, palms are itching like crazy, red, and puffy....also itching scalp, neck. Face feels so burned.
