All My Food And Drink Are Going Down The Wrong

All my food and drink are going down the wrong pipe. Since having radiotherapy to my throat area some years ago I have always had difficulty swallowing. I now have bronchectasis and the situation is becoming frustrating. As soon as I eat or drink I start coughing.. Any suggestions how to overcome all of this. Thanks
