All Normal Periods Til Oct No Period Neg Test Nov

All normal periods til oct no period neg test nov had unprotected sex had two periods and light pink spotting inbetween dec 2&3 unprotected sex and dec 31 heavy bleeding unil jan 3 today just saw pink spotting again light cramping bloat breast sore feet swollen brown spotting now qhat is this please help
