All Of A Sudden, I Am Having This Itching On

All of a sudden, I am having this itching on the outside of my thighs.it is starting to itch on just one inner thigh, as well. I only sleep on my sides and it doesn't itch while I'm sleeping or anything. I don't know if it is scabies, allergic reaction or something else. Please help.
