All Of A Sudden This Afternoon At Work I Had

All of a sudden this afternoon at work I had frequent urination it seemed like every five minutes. I feel like I can't empty my bladder. I noticed my urine has a brown/reddish color in it. When I wiped myself I noticed what looked like some blood on the toilet paper. I feel like I have to pee a lot but only a little came out. I have no stomach pain. I do not have menstrual periods anymore. I had a partial hysterectomy in 2011.
