All Summer I Have Been Getting Bv And UTI. Well

All summer I have been getting bv and UTI. Well every month they that I went they tested me for an std it was negative just positive for UTI and bv. Well I went to the doctor yesterday because I thought the bv came back but the doctor said its not bv and I don't have a UTI so they are testing me for gonerrhea and chlymidia. I haven't had sex since the appointment before the one I went to yesterday is it a possiblity that it would be positive even though last month it was negative?
