All Through The Holidays I Had Fluid Building In My

All through the holidays I had fluid building in my inner left ear. Last week the ENT performed a myringotomy and placed a tube in. The ear was so full of fluid he couldn't get it all out and said the tube should assist. Ear is still leaking fluid some. I notice it because I use a C-pap machine. This week I've had twinges in my left chest. Not near the heart area and no real pain. I've chalked it up to stress and panic attacks. This morning my legs felt weak while standing. My vertigo kicked it after the doctor drained the fluid from the ear. Do you believe with all of this, the twinges and weak legs could be from stress, and my heart would be okay?
