Allright I Am 21 Years Old And I Noticed A

Allright I am 21 years old and I noticed a rash start on my arms about 5 days ago it looks like the size of a cm and and it is rasied and there was about ten of them and now it has spread to my body and a few on the face near my right eye they are like little raised red flat bumps and there on my shoulder and neck to it looks like hives our heat rash but it is not really that itchy it stings a little bit thats it can u help please
