Almost A Week Ago I Was Vomitting And Had Diarrhea.

Almost a week ago I was vomitting and had diarrhea. The vomitting has subsided but the diarrhea turned into fluffy clay colored stool with extreme abdominal pain. I have a toilet bowl full of stool but my stomach cramps still make me feel like I have to go. I have to get off the toilet just to get relief from the stomach pains.
