Almost Every Day During The Last Month Or So I

Almost every day during the last month or so I have difficulty clearing my throat. It feels like there is a lump in my throat. I feel something there but nothing ever comes up but I do feel something when I swallow as if I am swallowing phlegm. It is driving me crazy. I also feel tightness in my chest sometimes.
