Already In Hospital, Symptoms Difficulty Breathing, Out Of Breath When

Already in hospital, symptoms difficulty breathing, out of breath when walk, body aches, kinda like when u have exercised and muscles hurt, have to sit down within a couple yards to bring down heart pumping and relaxing breathing. I had aclot to lung 3 years ago, on zerolto, in June ripped esophagus due to couphing, internal bleeding, 2 transfusions, came home put back on xerolto, and iron. this last time in hospital, they did not find clots but said blood was at 38, and I was severely anemic. That was 3 weeks ago, and I am feeling worse. Taking liquid iron, multi vitemins, and D2000. The only place I feel ok is in bed. Hardly can walk to bathroom, please help me, what is wrong with me????
