Alright So My Jeans Tend To Rub On My Tummy

Alright so my jeans tend to rub on my tummy a little bit and recently it's gotten much worse to the point where I have this like business card sized red pussing rash on my tummy and it hurts to put itch cream on and if I put a large band aid over it, taking the band aid off leaves more red rashes. What do I do?
