Alrighty, Lets Do This. My Question Isn't Out Of Concern

Alrighty, lets do this. My question isn't out of concern but more out of curiosity. There is a cord or a 'string' as it were, in my vagina that isn't very long and it isn't new to me. I don't think I've always had it but even so, I don't find this new or weird. It doesn't bother me at all, it is attached, and really I'm just wondering what the hell it is. I've looked up online to find an answer to my question but I've gotten mixed reviews plus people asking the same question. Figured it was better to ask you.
