Although I Seem Relatively Healthy, My Toenails And Fingernails Have

Although I seem relatively healthy, My toenails and fingernails have started curling deep into my skin, like the letter "C". I have taken tons of vitamins and Biotin. Is this
what they call "Clubbing", and is it a signal or sign of something serious?
