Am 23yrs Old.. Married Since 6 Months.. Am Having Irregular

Am 23yrs old.. married since 6 months.. am having irregular periods for past 1yr.. I have taken meprate from 21st to 26 the day of cylce during Jan,feb & march2015.. so my date s 13 in Jan,Feb,March 2015..s I got chicken pox in March 21.. in that time I got my cycle again in March 30 without using meprate.. normal to moderately heavy flow for 5 days in that cycle.. then my mrg was planned on may 3rd. So I have taken meprate from April 28 to may 3rd to delay my periods. Then got it on may 7th.. after that my cycles r irregular but maximum 40 days.. gained 10 kg in 6 months.. My BMI s now badly 32!! now 67 days missed period UPT negative on 45th & 60 the day . Usg- TVS no gestational sac.. fortunately NO EVIDENCE OF PCOS.. i want to know what shall I do to conceive? What s the treatment? If I take meprate for 1cycle,is there a chance to concieve in next cycle? or taking it for 3cycles will regularise my period?
