Am 25 Pregnant With My First Child My Blood Perssure

Am 25 pregnant with my first child my blood perssure was normal right true the pregnantcie it when up but its down now so its normal when my doctor excaming me there say that my baby is in her right place to come out but when them touch her head she move it and wanna do a c-section it that the best way to go. But I still have not reach my due date yet. Plz help me.
