Am 25 year old girl,my weight is 59 KGs and my Hight is 5'3"..,i have a tummy,so can i use Sona slim belt and am a working women and i will become free after 8 PM every day..,so can i use slim belt before dinner & please tell me is this causes any side effects and how many days i have to use this to get result??
