Am 29 Years Old Girl. My Face Skin Is Rough

Am 29 years old girl. My face skin is rough and oily i have tried soaps like dermadew, Mysore sandal, and nw using episoft cleanser . stil after washing with episoft face is not clean.. I get small pimples without pus but leave marks and cause dryness. Please suggest me a good soap and no side effect cream to get smooth skin as I had used ATMgel and before that aziderm 20% , my hair fall was severe.
