Am 58 Yr Old Female. At Age 53 Had Uti

Am 58 yr old female. At age 53 had uti due to kidney stones and infection in both kidneys.Had eschemic stroke in ER and another massive one in left hemisphere 2 days later First stroke was par. lobes which took out left half of my vision in both eyes. Second stroke took in left hemisphere took out my spacial intellect, trigomometry, orientation, etc. About 2 weeks later had hemmoragic stroke on left side.Still have about 20 % of my vision. Strokes flared up my otic neuritis which I've had since age 16 in September 1974. At the time was treated with ACTH iv drip 10 hrs/day for 10 days. Syptoms flared up again so was given second round of ACTH in Feb 1975. Second treatment not as effective. Over the years, optic neuritis has flared up often, but I was still able to see fairly well.Since strokes in 2011, vision much dimmer, loss of color, and more blind spots.Since then I have had difficulty with stress, have low blood pressure, extreme fatigue, always feel cold, and in the last 6-7 months have started losing alot of hair. Wondering if my thyroid or adrenals are exhausted.Monthly income including $617 disability is only $1400, so medical insurance is impossible. Live near Farmington, NM where healthcare is terrible. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
