Should I Stop Primolut And Continue Cyclogest At 6 Weeks Pregnancy And Light Spotting; After A Primolut Depot Injection?

Am 6weeks and 5days pregnant, I having been using cyclogest, but on the 6week I saw spotting just that day n two days later. But it stopped. I visited a doctor and after explaining, the doctor gave me primolut depot injection on the bottom. The next day I started seeing blood when I insert my fingers into my vaginal, the blood is small but thick. Should I stop the primolut depot and continue with the cyclogest. What should I do?
