Am 7 Weeks Pregnant .two Days Before Me And My

Am 7 weeks pregnant .two days before me and my husband had intercourse.from that I have bleeding and severe stomach pain.the urine test shows positive result.on seeing my scan report doctor said that the baby is just formed.the clear result will be shown after few days.now I have bleeding and stomach pain.I want to know is anything serious .what will happened in future.please give me a perfect solution
