Am 9 Weeks And 5 Days Pregnant, My Scan Says

Am 9 weeks and 5 days pregnant, my scan says I have a bulky and anteverted uterus with a well defined gestational sac and a foetal pole with visible cardiac activity. The appearance are consistent with early cyesis. The cervix is closed. There is no significant collection in the pouch of Douglas. Is my baby and I save because I don't understand what it means .
