Am I Conclusively HIV Negative After Protected Sex, Oral Exposure, And Multiple Negative Tests Including DNA PCR At 10 Days?

Hi i am male i had Protected sex with girl except for oral sex she gave me blowjob for 30 second or 1 min we had sex only once on march 9th and about the girl hiv status she did rct hiv on fe 7th but i was scared so i asked her to get tested after 3 days of our intercourse she did rct and the result was negative and after 7 days of our intercourse she did another rct hiv test and the result was still negative but my anxiety wasn't gone so i went to the hospital after 10 days of the intercourse the doctor told me to get hiv dna pcr because its a confirmatory test and it can detect the virus in the blood in 1 week after the intercourse and my result after 10 days will be conclusive so i did the test and it was negative and i did rct 18 days after the intercourse and it was negative but my anxiety is killing me so plz tell me am i conclusively hiv negative and what are the chances of me being infected
