Am I Confirmed HIV Negative After PEP At 64 Hours And Multiple Negative 4th Gen Duo And PCR Tests?

Hello Good Doctor, My name is Joshua. I had a possible exposure in may & got on PEP at 64 hours post exposure. I tested negative to the first test right before they put me on PEP. Then I tested negative on the 26th day of PEP. Then I tested negative two weeks after PEP but was on PREP. With your expertise do you think I am negative? Oh by the way the tests were all 4th Gen Duo Tests in Lab & PCR. What do you think Sir?
