Am I Dealing With Allergies Or A Cold During My Pregnancy, Given My Sneezing, Itchy Throat, And Ear Drainage?

I’m currently pregnant and I’m not sure if I dealing with allergies or a cold I feel nauseous but that’s nothing new I notice I’m sneezing a lot and itchy throat and my ears at draining and I really don’t feel like going to the emergency can you help ???
