Am I Fertile With Abnormal Morphology Of Sperms?

my sperm analiss show most spem cells morphlogial abnormal like comma shaped amorphous headed &rocket haeded &sperm count is < 1000 volum 2, PH is 8, motilitiy is 20, morphology is 10,interval b/n collectipn&analisis is <30 &viability is 20. the above is the result. I want to ask Doctor it will traet in tablate &it will be narmal condition & can i born child?
